Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the country and conditions.
Customs fees and/or local taxes are at the expense of the buyer.
Packaging
All works of art will be properly packaged to minimize the risk of breakage during delivery.
Damage
Please check your order upon receipt and inform us as soon as possible of any shortage or breakage at info@galerieberthelet.com or 1-450-803-1752.
Return policy
Items purchased online or on site can be exchanged within 10 days of the date of purchase. You must contact us immediately by email at info@galerieberthelet.com or by phone at 1-450-803-1752.
Note that if customs fees have been paid upon receipt by the buyer, they cannot be reimbursed.
The work must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging).
Works returned damaged or soiled by the Buyer will not be taken back or refunded, the Galerie d'Art Berthelet reserving this choice at its sole discretion.
If the buyer wishes not to replace the work immediately, a gift card or a credit note will be given to him.
Legal guarantee
The Galerie d'art Berthelet undertakes to respect and implement the legal guarantees from which the buyer benefits.
Intellectual property
The artist represented by the Galerie d'art Berthelet guarantees that he is the author of the Work, that the Work does not in any way contravene the laws, regulations and standards in force and that it does not infringe the rights some thirds. During the sale, the artist and/or the Galerie d'art Berthelet transfer to the buyer the material medium of the work while retaining the moral rights to the work sold as well as the rights related to its reproduction.
